 Steve Grover is President of BUSINESS DRIVEN DATA and has over 22 years of IT development and management experience. He has become a respected leader in the practice area of Business Intelligence and has worked with such institutions as Farmers Insurance (Ohio State Life), JP Morgan Chase (Bank One) and Limited Brands. In 2005 Mr. Grover earned a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) designation at the Master level from The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) and the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP). Mr. Grover founded BUSINESS DRIVEN DATA in January of 2006 as a Columbus Ohio based IT consulting firm specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. Mr. Grover received a bachelors degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Bowling Green State University. |

 Scott Powell is the Data Warehouse Design & Analytics Practice Lead for BUSINESS DRIVEN DATA and has over 15 years of IT experience. He has a rich background in data warehouse design, data modeling and business analytics. Mr. Powell has designed and implemented successful BI solutions with companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Huntington Bancshares Inc., and others in the insurance, financial services, and manufacturing verticals. He recently accepted a CBIP at the Master level in Data Analysis & Design from TDWI and ICCP. Mr. Powell earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Information Systems and Accounting from The Ohio State University, and the Professional Sequence in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing from U.C. Berkeley. |

 Vladimir Bubelev is the Data Integration Practice Lead for BUSINESS DRIVEN DATA and has over 14 years of IT experience. He has deep skills in process design and data integration. Mr. Bubelev has held many technical leadership roles with companies such as Nationwide Insurance, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. He recently received a CBIP designation in Data Integration from TDWI and ICCP. Mr. Bubelev earned a Doctorate in Computational Atomic Physics from the University of Missouri-Rolla. |
